Affordable.At SMath Tutors, we have designed our pricing to be accessible and effective enrichment opportunities to students throughout North Carolina. Signing up for multiple courses reduces the cost for each course, with the cost of an eight-week course starting at $35/course if registering for five courses.

Unique Course Offerings.We offer a wide array of courses designed to cater to the interests and needs of students all over North Carolina. We offer a variety of courses provide support for students to prepare for the AMC, ACT, SAT, and a variety of AP courses. Additionally, we offer courses to provide support to students to gain a solid foundation in many math and humanities courses.

Mission Statement
Our mission at SMath Tutors, an organization led and operated by students from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics, is to promote the education of students around the nation through quality online instruction. SMath Tutors places an emphasis on serving all students with varying socioeconomic needs who may not typically have the opportunity for summer tutoring. Our diverse course offerings aim to make education more equitable, and our tutors are excited to expose students to fields in which they may develop a strong passion. We hope to act as a catalyst for STEM education throughout North Carolina and the nation and wish to inspire other schools to start programs like ours.
Since the founding of SMath Tutors in 2020, we have partnered with the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina to address the heightened impact of food insecurity on North Carolina communities stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. Food insecurity remains a persistent issue throughout the state, even after the height of the pandemic. All funds raised from SMath Tutors continue to go to the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina.
Please consider donating or participating in our courses to fund the Food Bank’s fight against food insecurity. We want to provide the opportunity for summer tutoring to all students regardless of socioeconomic background, so we offer a financial assistance program.
